When is my rent due?
Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 3rd. Late charges would begin on the 4th.
What forms of payment do you accept?
WE DO NOT accept: Checks or Money Orders.
WE do Accept: ACH Transfers, Bank Bill Pay as long as received by due date, Zelle, or Bank to Bank Transfers, or direct deposit at banks where the owner has an account.
How do I request maintenance?
To submit a maintenance request please use your online resident portal or email me directly for fastest response.
What happens when my lease is up?
You are required to give us 30-60 days notice to Vacate. Our office will contact you 61-90 days before your lease expiration and will send you Renewal Offer if applicable.
